Many thanks for your kind remembrance, but I must decline. 1 st being engaged on the 3 rd Feb February - 2 nd never going to parties if I can help it. 3 rd finding it impossible to pay visits beyond my own immediate neighbourhood.

I now & then hear from your brother Edmund that you are well, & possessing an indefinite number of babies. Success to them all! They are always blessings –
