                    have encoded both her spelling and the standard Oxford English Dictionary spelling to

                        <placeName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#Glasgow">Glasgow</placeName>? – where I
                    return on <date>Thursday</date>.</p>
                <p>Could you give me any idea how long you will be likely to stay at <placeName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#Wildwood">Wildwood</placeName>? – I
                    would be glad for you to stay as long as is convenient to yourself: – but still
                    if I knew a little more definitely the ultimate term of your stay it would
                    influence my movements a good deal.</p>
                <p>I hope you still continue comfortable &amp; that my maids are all you could wish.
